[Case Study] Response to Sudden Electromagnetic Wave Measures
Emergency electromagnetic wave countermeasures with very low labor costs! Case study on the introduction of noise protect tubes.
Company D is a dedicated electrical construction company for a major food manufacturer, and in the food factory, new installations and expansions or transfers of production lines were frequently carried out due to the manufacturing of new products. Therefore, we constantly considered ways to prevent malfunctions caused by noise and implemented noise countermeasures through wiring arrangements and other methods. In this context, we considered the noise protection tube (Velcro type), and upon testing with a sample product, we found significant advantages in its ease of use for retrofitting noise countermeasures and protecting wiring, leading to its adoption. [Overview] ■ Issues - It was extremely difficult to identify the causes during conventional electromagnetic wave countermeasures (noise countermeasures). - There were limitations in countermeasures through wiring arrangements. - Even when urgent electromagnetic wave countermeasures (noise countermeasures) were required, it took a considerable amount of labor. ■ Requests - There is a need to implement temporary electromagnetic wave countermeasures until the source of noise is identified. - We want items that allow for easy electromagnetic wave countermeasures. - We want to carry out electromagnetic wave countermeasures without incurring additional labor. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
